UCann Do Something!

Hello Friends! We have decided to donate the money we make from recycling cans to Do Something, Inc which is a non profit organization that encourages kids to do great things to help the community. We plan on donating money to Do Something so they can fund an environmental project created by kids who dream big! Here's a video explaining a little more about Do Something, Inc. Enjoy!

Bring Us Your Cans!

Save The Date!

On April 19th, UCann Recycle will be hosting an exciting event at Fairfield Way!

We will be teaming up with EcoHusky at their Spring Fling Event.

Be sure to visit our table at Fairfield Way...there will be give aways, arts and crafts and more!

Bring your empty bottles and cans to our table and all cans will be brought to our local bottle return in exchange for cash! This money will be donated to an Eco-friendly organization of your choice! (We will be asking for your suggestions on this subject soon via Facebook)!

Huskies, Listen and Learn!

Jack Johnson knows what's up....

We suggest that all UConn students rip this onto their i-pods and listen to it on a daily basis....whenever you see an empty beer can on the streets of Carriage or an empty soda can on a table in the Union, think of this song and recycle!
